These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Knackify mobile application ("App") provided by NeoPub OÜ ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Use of the App

• Account Registration: You may need to register for an account to access certain features of the App. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Sign-In Methods: The App may allow you to sign in using third-party services such as Google and Facebook. By using these sign-in methods, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of the respective third-party services.
• Courses: The App provides access to online courses. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any course material.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tallin/Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
